Homeselfdefence.com is a website that brings together martial arts masters and trainers, sharing their extensive and best knowledge through online courses available on our platform. The pioneer of this teaching method is Master Zbigniew Syc, a 10th DAN black belt from Poland, who has been training his students for 38 years.
About Our Main Instructor
My name is Zbigniew Syc, and I am a martial arts and self-defense instructor with 38 years of experience. I come from Poland and hold a 10th DAN, being the first Systema Instructor in Poland.
I have trained several thousand individuals and conducted numerous seminars and training sessions. I have also recorded many educational materials for online learning. Through these courses, I have helped many people learn effective self-defense techniques for real-life situations on the streets, enabling them to defend themselves in moments of actual danger. This motivates me to continue my hard work and drives me to release this exceptional course!
The website is a part of the KM Wrobel company, registered in Poland. The site is co-created by invited instructor-masters, led by Master Zbigniew Syc, as well as employees and subcontractors of the KM Wrobel company.
